She believes that both what you eat and when you eat matter. Her program focuses on when to eat. They utilize therapeutic fasting and time restricted eating protocols with their patients to help them reverse their type 2 diabetes and achieve sustainable weight-loss. They encourage their patients to eat real foods and adopt a low-carb lifestyle in addition to the fasting.

Hi. I have a question I can’t get anyone to give me an answer to. Can a person with a bone marrow failure disease (such as myelodysplatic syndromes, for example) fast safely or would it not be a good idea? I wonder since they may not be able to replace the cells that die off with healthy new ones. I’m not asking for medical advice, just an ‘in general’ opinion about this from someone who knows about fasting. Thank you.
