[00:01] REENA JADHAV: Its day five yes’s…It’s done very difficult but it’s doable so day five was no different from the last few days which is difficult no doubt about it. My sleep has been erratic I think my body keeps wanting me to wake up and go hunt for food and I keep reminding it that this is all we’ve got. Here is the day five box and you know I keep telling my body what’s in this is all we’re going to eat today but don’t worry because tomorrow will have a nice little buffet or day after tomorrow it depends how my transition day goes we’ll see. So today I got my crackers back which is nice because I missed them yesterday no Chocó crisps so that was hard but we were back to sort of the same menu sort of the tea the bar and the soup. It was back to tomato soup and minestrone soup which are really not as delicious to me in a way that the kinuwa and the mushroom soup I wish the mushroom soup which we had the first day. But it is what it is and I was very happy to get the soup that I got when I did and it was a very interesting day all in all. Difficult to get through lots of still headaches the headaches come and go so it just I think depends on how your body deals with both of the withdrawals as well as the lack of energy. And I took a lot sort of rest I took a lot of breaks and just close my eyes and meditated. I will tell you that my strategy for day five of all about the meditation it’s a good thing that I’m used to meditating every day for about an hour and I was able to incorporate that not as a single setting but I sort of did it’s called sunia meditation it’s about 15 minutes. And I was able to bring that in more often today just to keep from binging and bring the fast before it really should be broken. And I do love the book the longevity diet and I’ve finished it and I do believe that there are some great insights and clinical trial results which is why I highly recommend that if you’re going to do the diet read the book because it will give you the basis for why you do need to do it. So that was my day 5 and yeah I’m definitely ready to call it an early night I think one of the ways this diet work is that it makes you sleep so much. And you’re eating so little so your body you don’t get the time and the break that it needs to rebuild you so I think just logically it does make sense why these diets work when fasting diet specifically works.
