Today, I’m sharing two videos with you. Wait until you watch them. You’re going to be shocked! Well, not with the first, but definitely with the second.
These are the videos I’ve mentioned that demonstrate just how fast wheat attacks your intestines. Everyone’s intestines.
I created Video #1. But, Video #2 comes directly from a human, clinical study[1] and I’ve added an explanation of what’s happening minute-to-minute.
Video #1 is an animated explanation of intestinal permeability (leaky gut):
Video #2 is intestinal permeability actually happening in a human within 5 minutes of eating wheat, dairy, soy or yeast. You’ll see the white dye coming closer to the surface and then “leaking” into the lumen (inside center) of the intestines:

There’s really no substitute for the actual videos, so please take a few minutes to watch. They’re not long, I promise.
Thanks so much,
Dr.Tom
P.S. As before, please feel free to share these videos with friends and family. As you and I know, there are lots of people who roll their eyes about wheat and gluten. They won’t be rolling their eyes after they watch these videos. Most likely, they’ll need more information because this fact about wheat is so overwhelming and frightening, many will not want to even deal with it.
P.P.S. I think it’s important to mention that this reaction, intestinal permeability within 5 minutes, isn’t just as a result of exposure to wheat. The study included dairy, soy, and yeast in addition to wheat. If you know someone who is lactose-intolerant, you might want to share this with them.
