At age 35, I self-diagnosed my colon cancer at from which I recovered post-surgery. 10 years later I had my second health crisis in September 2015 and no MD could give me a diagnosis despite of my having 28 symptoms.
After tons of tests and specialists, I was prescribed a steroid and antidepressants in Feb 2016. I refused. I took charge of my health and 15 months of big and small changes later, I was healed. The Heart Health Boot Camp was just what I needed to jumpstart a new attitude about my health! Although I thought I had a very healthy diet before the Bootcamp, I was amazed at how many vegetables I started eating on the Boot Camp meal regimen.
