  1. You will receive a daily email with recommendations for the next day. Each day has a suggested menu, healing protocols and more. You decide if you want to follow the entire day as recommended or pick and choose options.
  2. Please login and check out the MEAL SUMMARY which is a list of all the recommended meals for 14 days and SHOPPING LIST for each Day!
  3. Check out the MEAL PLAN section for all the different recipes and ingredients for your healing meals over next 14 days. So many options just 14 days, how will you choose what to eat?!
  4. Join us daily between 12 pm PDT and 1 pm PDT via this ZOOM LINK for support or to get your questions answered live.
