What if that healthy organic soup you eat daily for lunch from a plastic container is causing your hypertension or diabetes?
Yes, a recent study demonstrated a link between higher levels of plastic chemicals in urine with cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and hypertension in men.
Our body is designed to detox. To filter out through breath (lungs), sweat (skin), bowel movement and bladder (liver + kidneys) all that’s unwanted. What our body is not designed to do is to filter out around 80,000 harsh lab-made chemicals and 2000 new chemicals each year. It’s unprepared for the onslaught from morning till night. It’s also ill-prepared to deal with the mercury in your dental fillings or the flouride in your water. From the chemicals in soap and toothpaste to the pillowcase and pajamas, we are ignorant about the number of chemicals we are bathed in daily. Not to mention the glyphosate laced salads topped with antibiotic and hormone stuffed chicken or fish.
Our body can’t eliminate as fast as we ingest. The outcome? Weight gain, fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, allergies or worst – the onset of disease. Everything from cancer to heart disease, diabetes, and autoimmune diseases is now linked to the onslaught of chemicals we ingest daily.
Sadly this crisis has created another billion-dollar detox industry with pills and potions promising questionable results. Our first response should be to stop ingesting these chemicals.

Toxins are stored in fat cells. When they get released during crash diets, they actually create more trauma if your channels are not ready to remove them. So juice cleanse is a nice way to get insulin spikes but certainly not a guaranteed way to eliminate toxins.

Science shows that there are some simple natural ways to support your body’s own rhythm.
