In addition to being nutritionally superior, grass-fed meat cooks differently than its conventional counterpart. Take care not to dry it out, and this recipe will get you juicy, tender meat every time.

  • Use whole fresh organic if possible roots
  • 5 thick slices of ginger
  • 5 thick slices of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns.
  • 3-4 cups water

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot and let it come to a gentle simmer. You want the water to be a deep orange color.
  2. Strain and pour into a teacup or thermos and drink throughout the day.
