Dr. Joel Kahn is the founder of the Kahn Center for Cardiac Longevity in suburban Detroit. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Michigan Medical School and achieved advanced training in cardiology in Texas and Missouri. He is an international authority on treating heart disease with emergency angioplasty and stents. In 2012 he transitioned his focus and became the first physician in the world certified by the University of South Florida in Metabolic (Integrative) Cardiology.

Dr. Kahn serves as a Clinical Professor and teaches at 2 medical schools. He also lectures internationally on heart disease health and prevention. He has appeared on The Doctors show and Dr. Phil, and in Detroit is a health consultant to Fox News. He also has produced a national public TV special, The Whole Heart Solution.
