Notes

You can use either store-bought or homemade nut milk. We prefer homemade nut milk since it is free of artificial fillers, sugar or caseinates. Nut milks are a superior option to soymilk because all soy products, even those that are GMO-free, are cooked and difficult for the body to digest.

Servings

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. hemp seed
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seed
  • 1 cup nut milk (almond, hemp, coconut)
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • Vanilla, to taste
  • Stevia, to taste
  • Ice

Directions

Blend the ingredients together for 30 seconds to a minute on high speed. Serve and enjoy. Best consumed within an hour.
